Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — free and unlimited, no account needed. Pro costs €2/month (cancel anytime) or €19 once for lifetime access; it removes the footer note and adds a real freelancer back office: income dashboard, unpaid-invoice tracking with reminder letters, income ledger, quote-to-invoice conversion, deposit and credit notes. An account is only needed for Pro.
Where is my data stored?
On the free tier, only in your browser's local storage — nothing is uploaded anywhere. With a Pro account, your client book, catalogue and history are also saved to your account, so they survive a cleared browser and follow you across devices.
Does it handle VAT?
Yes: per-line VAT rates with a proper per-rate breakdown, or a no-VAT mode with your own explanatory footer note (e.g. reverse charge, small-business exemption).
Can I add my logo and bank details?
Yes, for free. The logo appears in the header of the PDF and your payment details in the "Payment" block. Everything is remembered for next time.
