Privacy policy
The principle: generation happens on your device
Facturio runs in your browser: whatever you type into the forms — your details, your clients, amounts, bank details, your logo — is used to generate the PDF locally, on your device. Nothing is transmitted to create a document.
Free tier: local storage only
To save you retyping, Facturio stores your profile, saved clients, item catalogue, drafts and history in your browser's local storage. On the free tier this data stays exclusively on your device; clear the site's browsing data at any time to erase it.
Pro account
Pro requires an account. In that case we store:
- Your email address, your password (hashed, never in clear text) and your license key;
- Your working data (client book, catalogue, profile, history), saved to your account so it is available on all your devices and survives a cleared browser.
This data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database), travels over HTTPS only, and is never shared or used for anything else. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your data is not deleted: your account keeps read access, and everything is reactivated as soon as you renew. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all its data at any time: contact.
When you create the account, your license key is verified with our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, merchant of record). Payments themselves are processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-less solution that does not track individual visitors or collect personal data.
Cookies
Facturio sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
Hosting
The static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, the host processes technical logs (IP address, requested pages) needed to serve the site.
Your rights
On the free tier we hold none of your data — it's all on your device. For Pro accounts you can access, rectify or delete your data (including the account itself) at any time: write to our contact address and deletion is carried out within 30 days.
